These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lagomlo website at lagomlo.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Lagomlo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Products

We sell custom photo blankets, pillows, mugs, and related personalized products. Each product is custom-made from the photo and design you provide. Colors, texture, and appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor differences and printing processes.

2. Your Account & Content

When you create an account or upload content (including photos and designs), you agree that:

You own the rights to, or have permission to use, all content you upload
Your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
You will not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or obscene
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce your order (printing, processing, and shipping). We do not claim ownership of your photos.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully processed. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or if we cannot verify payment.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, designs, and software) are owned by Lagomlo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Our product designs and artwork may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lagomlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through the courts of our jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
